Electrical Engineer – Maintenance & Public Areas

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to oversee the maintenance and handover of newly developed public areas in Abu Rawash, Giza. You will ensure that all electrical works comply with design specifications, safety standards, and contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Attend handover meetings for new public areas to verify design and contract compliance.
• Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance, ensuring timely completion of work orders and material requisitions.
• Supervise electrical maintenance activities and contractor‑led staff training for system orientation.
• Develop and maintain an inventory list of critical spare parts in collaboration with the Facility Management Company.
• Communicate with contractors regarding electrical breakdowns and produce periodic maintenance reports.
• Liaise with internal departments, enforce ISO‑related safety regulations, and adjust work procedures to meet schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in electrical infrastructure and construction.
