Electrical Engineer – Ship Maintenance (All Levels)

About the role

Everhonest Ship Engineering is looking for Electrical Engineers to join its marine engineering team. The role involves maintaining, repairing, installing and managing electrical systems on board ships, offering hands‑on experience in a dynamic maritime environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, install, maintain and repair electrical systems on ships.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system designs, upgrades and modifications.
• Supervise installation and testing of generators, propulsion and navigation systems.
• Ensure compliance with marine safety regulations and international standards.
• Provide technical support and basic crew training when required.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and upgrades.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Open to fresh graduates, junior engineers or senior engineers.
• Strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in marine environments.
