Quality Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Controller to oversee supplier and production audits, ensuring that LC Waikiki’s products meet our high standards of quality, safety and compliance. The role involves coordinating mock‑ups, inspecting trims and accessories, and managing risk assessments before bulk production.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct supplier and internal team audits within budget and schedule, adhering to LC Waikiki quality expectations.
• Prepare, test and approve mock‑ups prior to bulk manufacturing when required.
• Inventory, inspect and record trims and accessories at the factory.
• Assess production risks, evaluate samples and patterns, and implement corrective actions before bulk runs.
• Ensure approved samples and all technical documentation are available on the production line.
• Develop factory team performance, analyse warehouse returns and drive continuous improvement.
• Record in‑line measurements accurately and monitor humidity levels periodically.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control or related field.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Proactive, dynamic and self‑motivated with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
