Electrical Operation and Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The Electrical Operation and Maintenance Engineer will support Al Marasem Group's Facility Management and Operations Department, ensuring the reliability, safety and efficiency of all electrical systems across its real‑estate portfolio. You will work closely with mechanical, civil, procurement, quality control and other internal teams to optimise operations and meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse daily, weekly and monthly preventive and corrective maintenance reports and dashboards.
• Monitor equipment performance KPIs, track SLA compliance and provide insights for management decisions.
• Maintain accurate technical records in CMMS and ERP systems, ensuring data integrity.
• Review and optimise electrical operation processes to improve reliability and energy efficiency.
• Develop and maintain single‑line diagrams, operation procedures and technical documentation.
• Identify technical gaps, recommend solutions and support implementation of new technologies, smart building systems and automation.
• Manage inventory data for electrical spare parts and equipment, generate forecasts and downtime reports.
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, procurement, HSE and external contractors to ensure seamless maintenance execution and project handovers.

Required profile

• At least 48 months (4 years) of experience in electrical operation and maintenance.
• Proficiency with CMMS and ERP systems for data management.
• Strong analytical abilities to monitor KPIs and support decision‑making.
