Electrical Quality Control Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Quality Control Engineer to ensure that our electrical products meet the highest quality and safety standards. The role involves developing procedures, conducting inspections, and driving continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct inspections and tests on materials and finished products.
• Analyze test results, recommend improvements and lead root‑cause analysis.
• Manage non‑conformities, corrective actions and follow‑up activities.
• Coordinate product allocation with the warehouse and ensure proper hand‑over after testing.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and other cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain comprehensive quality control documentation and issue regular quality reports.
• Train and mentor junior staff and promote quality discipline across all shifts.
• Schedule jobs and optimise manpower utilisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in quality control within the electrical manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
• Proficiency with quality control tools and software; certifications such as Six Sigma or ISO 9001 are a plus.
