Email Support Specialist – O365 & Exchange

About the role

DXC Technology is looking for an Email Support Specialist to ensure the health and reliability of its Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange services. The role combines technical troubleshooting, system monitoring, and strategic planning to keep collaboration tools running smoothly for users across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain operational health of O365 Suite Applications, covering security, availability, performance, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot Office 365 connectivity and mobility issues.
• Perform routine monitoring and analysis, including audit log evaluation, storage utilization, growth reporting, and site collection quota management.
• Develop and propose future strategies for Office 365 products and services.
• Administer O365 and Microsoft Exchange policies, as well as system backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of equipment and software licenses.
• Document ticket details, create process guidelines, and keep infrastructure documentation current.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of relevant industry experience, including 1+ year in a similar support role.
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis and data analysis.
• Continuous learner who stays current with industry trends and technologies.
