Employee Engagement & Comms Specialist

About the role

Vodafone is looking for an experienced Internal Communication and Engagement Specialist to strengthen internal communication and boost employee engagement across the organization. You will create compelling content, manage communication channels, and act as the Master of Ceremonies for internal events.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content for newsletters, emails, digital displays and other internal channels.
• Manage and maintain internal communication platforms, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
• Serve as Master of Ceremonies (MC) for internal events, delivering smooth and engaging presentations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information and produce content aligned with company values.
• Research industry trends and best practices in internal communication and employee engagement.
• Develop and execute culture and engagement initiatives that reflect the Spirit of Vodafone.
• Monitor, measure and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives and channel reach.
• Oversee internal branding, employee apps, news/social network applications, digital signage and landing pages.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in internal communication or employee engagement.
• Excellent presentation and public‑speaking skills, with proven MC experience.
• Strong digital acumen and ability to manage multiple projects with high quality.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse teams.
