Employee Experience Specialist

About the role

EVA Pharma is looking for a passionate Employee Experience Specialist to shape the employee journey across all locations. You will help create a supportive, engaging, and high‑performing workplace from onboarding through off‑boarding.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch initiatives that improve onboarding, retention and off‑boarding experiences across countries.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement metrics, analyse data and recommend improvement actions.
• Support planning and execution of culture‑building activities and employee events.
• Create personalized onboarding experiences to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
• Develop and promote diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
• Manage off‑boarding processes and collect exit insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in onboarding or a similar HR role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic, problem‑solving approach.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee matters confidentially and professionally.

Required skills

• Experience with HR systems and engagement survey tools (optional).
