Engineer – Retail Fuel Station Solutions

About the role

Beyond is seeking a full‑time Engineer to join its Alexandria team. You will help design, develop, and implement technical solutions for retail fuel stations, ensuring projects run smoothly from concept to operation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and monitor equipment and asset performance.
• Review design specifications, prepare technical documentation, and coordinate with project managers and contractors.
• Assist in maintenance planning and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise station layouts and improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, recommend improvements, and support data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability in engineering fundamentals, technical analysis, and problem‑solving.
• Experience with site assessments, asset management, and maintenance planning in industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with design processes, reading drawings, specifications, and engineering standards.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry codes relevant to fuel stations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD applications.
• Advanced use of spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Experience with documentation tools.
• Exposure to asset management or maintenance software (a plus).
