Engineering Projects Manager

About the role

The Engineering Projects Manager will lead and oversee all engineering and construction initiatives across Cleopatra Hospitals Group. This senior position ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise engineering and construction projects throughout the group.
• Collaborate with department engineers to define project specifications.
• Issue RFPs for consultancy and management services and evaluate technical and financial offers.
• Review and approve consultant contracts, invoices, variation orders, and contractor IPCs.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and manage supplier relationships.
• Monitor project consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, providing detailed progress reports.
• Oversee accounting, costing, billing, and risk assessment reporting.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, regulations, and HSE requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in architecture engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years managing engineering projects.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project lifecycle management.
