Engineering Spare Parts Planner

About the role

The Engineering Spare Parts Planner supports PepsiCo’s North Africa manufacturing sites by managing the coding, master‑data and classification of machinery spare parts. This role ensures accurate data entry, maintains backup processes, and collaborates with SAP teams to keep the system up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day machinery spare parts coding requests from all plants following established procedures.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of spare‑parts data before and after entry into the SAP system.
• Coordinate with the SAP Sustain team to update spare‑parts master data efficiently according to technical requirements.
• Maintain a soft‑copy backup of spare‑parts master data on SAP and archive it appropriately.
• Handle approvals for creating or adding SAP user profiles for engineering department members.
• Lead, monitor and review machinery spare‑parts classification quarterly across PCE warehouses to ensure compliance with classification policy.
• Update the criticality list for slow‑moving spare parts annually, working with plant spare‑parts planners.
• Compile and list all D&E spare parts as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in spare‑parts coding and master‑data management.
• Familiarity with SAP environments and data entry procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify data accuracy.
• Capability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams and lead classification reviews.
• Experience updating criticality lists and maintaining backup processes.
