English Call Center Representative (Cairo)

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Call Center Representative to join our Cairo team. In this full‑time position you will handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions, delivering accurate information and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls in English.
• Document each interaction accurately in the system.
• Follow established scripts and procedures while resolving customer inquiries.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Meet quality, productivity and customer‑satisfaction targets.
• Participate in regular coaching, training sessions and team meetings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliability, adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous customer‑facing or call‑center experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Basic to intermediate computer literacy.
• Familiarity with call‑handling tools and multi‑system navigation.
