About the role

The Customer Service, English Medical Insurance Account is a full‑time, rotational‑based, on‑site position located in Sheikh Zayed City. Team members handle English‑language interactions for medical insurance customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, processing requests, and providing accurate product and service information.

Key responsibilities

Answer customer inquiries in English.
Resolve issues and complaints.
Process service requests.
Provide accurate product and service information.

Required profile

B2 to C1 level English proficiency.
Previous customer service experience.
Comfort working on‑site in Sheikh Zayed City with flexible rotational shifts.
Strong customer handling skills.
Graduates and/or dropouts may apply.
