English Customer Support Agent - Fixed Shift

About the role

The English Customer Support Agent works on‑site in Cairo on a fixed morning shift, handling customer inquiries in English via phone, email and chat. The role focuses on delivering accurate information, timely assistance and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email and live chat.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Document all interactions in the designated ticketing and CRM systems.
• Escalate complex cases to senior staff when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to share updates and improve service quality.

Required profile

• Strong customer support and service orientation with a focus on satisfaction.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Basic troubleshooting ability to identify and resolve simple problems.
• Previous experience in a call‑center or customer‑facing role is preferred.
• Reliability, attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Cairo during the designated morning shift.
