About the role
e& Cx Solutions is hiring now customer service agents for a Multi‑Skill account. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communications across multiple channels to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Resolve customer complaints and service‑related issues.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Record customer interactions and update system records.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.
Required profile
- Graduates only.
- Fluent English speakers.

- Salary: 15,000 EGP per month (net & allowances included).
