English Language Instructor

About the role

ITC Training is seeking a part‑time, hybrid English Language Instructor to deliver engaging, learner‑centered lessons. You will help adult and young‑adult students improve their reading, writing, listening and speaking skills in line with program objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials for varied proficiency levels.
• Teach scheduled classes, both on‑site and online, fostering an inclusive environment.
• Assess learner progress through assignments, quizzes and tests, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate attendance and performance records.
• Support learners with individual questions and challenges.
• Participate in occasional staff meetings and professional development sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics or a related field.
• Relevant teaching certifications such as TEFL, TESOL or CELTA (advantageous).
• Proven experience teaching English to adult or young‑adult learners.
• Strong classroom, time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and follow institutional policies.

Required skills

• Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation.
• Effective writing skills for preparing instructional materials and feedback.
