About the role
This is a full-time, on-site English Tutor role based in Cairo. The English Tutor will deliver engaging lessons to individuals and small groups, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Adjust teaching strategies to suit different learning styles and levels.
- Support learners in exam preparation.
- Maintain accurate attendance and performance records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
Required profile
- Strong English teaching and tutoring abilities with clear concept explanation.
- Proficiency in online tutoring and effective communication.
- Solid knowledge of English grammar and its application in speaking and writing.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics or related field preferred; teaching certifications (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) are a plus.
