English‑Speaking Call Center Agent

About the role

Terra Solutions is seeking an English‑speaking Call Center Agent to join its customer service team in 10th of Ramadan City. You will be the first voice customers hear, handling inbound inquiries and outbound follow‑ups while delivering a friendly, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls using a courteous tone that reflects Terra Solutions’ standards.
• Listen actively to understand customers’ needs and provide accurate information about products, services and processes.
• Resolve issues on the spot whenever possible and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of each interaction in the CRM system.
• Follow call scripts and quality guidelines while keeping a natural, human approach.
• Monitor personal performance against targets and continuously seek improvement.
• Collaborate with teammates, share best practices and support each other to achieve collective goals.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role such as a call centre, retail, hospitality or similar.
• Calm, patient and solution‑focused attitude, especially when dealing with frustrated customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable using a computer, email and everyday office tools.
• Genuine interest in helping people and delivering first‑time‑right solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for logging interactions.
