Enterprise Accounting Team Leader

About the role

Vodafone is looking for an Enterprise Accounting Team Leader to oversee the consolidation, analysis and reporting of financial data for its retail, consumer and enterprise divisions. The role ensures compliance with group KPIs, accounting standards and SOX requirements while supporting new marketing projects and product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, consolidate and fulfil internal and external accounting requirements in line with group KPIs and SOX.
• Validate revenue booking accuracy and manage monthly analysis of receivables, payables and bad debts.
• Analyse prepaid revenue streams and perform monthly balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Provide financial consultancy for new marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Follow up on accounts‑receivable collection to meet company KPIs.
• Participate in feasibility meetings for new products and services, reconciling cut‑off with margin assurance reports and investigating variances.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
