Enterprise Architect

About the role

Veeam is looking for an Enterprise Architect to design, document, and lead the implementation of technical solutions for customers after the sale of Veeam products. The role bridges business requirements with Veeam technology, ensuring scalable, secure, and best‑practice‑aligned solutions for large enterprises undergoing digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery sessions to assess customers' existing IT landscapes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design high‑level and detailed solution architectures tailored to each customer environment.
• Create low‑level design documents, technical specifications, and comprehensive implementation plans.
• Develop and maintain reference architectures to standardize deployments across direct and partner‑led projects.
• Collaborate with project managers to define scope, timelines, and resource requirements, providing effort estimations.
• Provide technical oversight during deployment, support proof‑of‑concept projects, and guide partner‑driven implementations.

Required profile

• Strong technical leadership and customer consultation experience.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure architectures.
• Experience working with large enterprise customers and cross‑functional internal teams.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
