Enterprise Delivery Manager

About the role

The Enterprise Delivery Manager is accountable for delivering a major enterprise software platform to a large utility client. This governance‑focused role manages the client relationship, contractual milestones and ensures successful hand‑over to support.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for all delivery matters, run weekly status meetings and issue reports.
• Own the master schedule, maintain the RAID log and drive contractual milestones to acceptance.
• Coordinate FAT, SAT, UAT, training and go‑live readiness with the Technical Delivery Lead.
• Chair bi‑weekly steering committees and protect commercial terms through change control and milestone sign‑offs.
• Translate client requirements into actionable work for engineering, manage documentation and invoicing, and shield the team from unmanaged interruptions.
• Transition the account post‑go‑live to support, identify follow‑on opportunities and hand them to Business Development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or a related field.
• 7+ years of delivery or project management experience with enterprise software for large organisations.
• Proven experience delivering to Egyptian utility, government or state‑owned clients, understanding procurement and approval processes.
• Track record of owning contractual milestones through to client acceptance and payment.
• Strong technical literacy with the ability to read architecture diagrams and assess estimates.
