Enterprise System Architect

About the role

Alkan is seeking an Enterprise System Architect to design end‑to‑end integrated solutions across its technology portfolio, ensuring coherence, scalability, security and commercial competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Design integrated technology solutions spanning data & AI platforms, digital applications, cybersecurity, physical security, network & wireless infrastructure, cabling, data centre and hardware.
• Lead solution architecture during presales, conduct requirement analysis, run technical workshops and produce high‑level designs for proposals and RFPs.
• Create and review architecture documentation such as High‑Level Designs, solution diagrams and technical specifications to guarantee performance, scalability and security.
• Collaborate with sales, presales and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technically sound, commercially viable solutions.
• Ensure interoperability and integration of diverse technology components, platforms and vendor products within complex enterprise environments.
• Support preparation of technical proposals, bills of quantities and solution presentations aligned with project scope and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership to presales and implementation teams and stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in systems integration and solution architecture.
• Strong systems thinking with an integration‑focused mindset.
• Solid business acumen and ability to balance cost, performance and risk.
• Proven stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
• Ability to translate complex architectures into clear executive‑level insights.

Required skills

• CCNP or CCIE certification.
• VMware or Nutanix certification.
• CISSP or equivalent security certification (optional).
• TOGAF or other Enterprise Architecture certification (optional).
