Entry-Level Accountant, Sales, Vendor Relations & Operations Positions

About the role

UltraTeb, a B2B FinTech e‑commerce platform that digitises the medical supply chain, is hiring recent graduates for four entry‑level positions in Cairo. The roles span accounting, sales, vendor relations and operations, offering a fast‑paced startup environment where you will support hospitals and healthcare suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Accountant: manage billing, invoicing, reconciliations and financial reporting; evaluate vendor creditworthiness; ensure timely payments.
• Sales Executive: develop relationships with hospital clients, drive sales cycles and onboard new partners onto the UltraTeb platform.
• Vendor Relations: build and grow vendor partnerships, oversee onboarding, and act as the primary point of contact for platform partners.
• Operations: monitor daily workflows, resolve day‑to‑day issues and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or entry‑level talent with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Eagerness to learn, strong work ethic and comfort wearing multiple hats in a startup.
• Solid analytical abilities and comfort working with financial data (especially for accountant and vendor roles).
• High attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software and digital tools (for accountant role).
• Strong communication and relationship‑management abilities.
