ERPNext Implementer – Technical & Functional Specialist

About the role

The ERPNext Implementer will deliver end‑to‑end ERPNext projects, combining technical configuration with functional consulting. You will work closely with clients to understand their processes, customize the system, train users and provide post‑implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle ERPNext implementations, from requirements gathering to go‑live and user training.
• Customize ERPNext modules to match client business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or functional issues during and after implementation.
• Analyze system performance, recommend optimisations and apply updates.
• Engage with clients on‑site or remotely to understand processes and deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain system integrity and database health through proper procedures.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience implementing ERPNext or a similar ERP solution.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and training.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Capacity to translate complex business processes into ERPNext configurations.
