Export Customer Service Coordinator (English)

About the role

The Export Customer Service Coordinator (English) will be based on‑site in 6th of October and act as the main point of contact for international customers throughout the export process. You will ensure clear, timely communication in English, support order fulfilment, and help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, order confirmations, shipment details and export documentation.
• Track orders, coordinate with logistics, production and quality teams, and resolve delivery or product specification issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records, monitor satisfaction levels and follow up on feedback.
• Collaborate closely with export and sales teams to ensure compliance with company policies and export regulations.
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on order status and any changes.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused attitude with proven experience in export operations, logistics or international customer service, preferably in agriculture or FMCG.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Good understanding of export documentation, Incoterms and shipping procedures.
• Solid organisational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics or a related field is preferred.
