Export Sales Executive

About the role

The Export Sales Executive will manage and develop relationships with international customers and distributors, driving new business opportunities across existing and emerging markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Handle client inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow‑up, including contract closing.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, export documentation and shipment tracking.
• Conduct market research on trends, competitors and potential customers.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on account and market performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing or related field.
• 3‑5 years of export sales experience, preferably in plastics, polymers, filler or color masterbatch.
• Knowledge of exporting to African markets is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients and meet sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM software.
