Exterior Designer

About the role

We are looking for a talented Exterior Designer to join our onsite team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will create compelling exterior concepts, develop detailed drawings, and produce high‑quality visualisations that translate architectural visions into reality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative exterior design concepts for residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects.
• Prepare mood boards, material palettes and presentation decks for client approval.
• Produce accurate architectural drawings, plans, elevations and sections using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate with interior designers, structural engineers and MEP teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Create detailed 3D models in SketchUp and Revit and generate photorealistic renderings and walkthroughs with Lumion.
• Develop presentation graphics using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Participate in site visits to verify conditions and maintain design intent during construction.
• Ensure all deliverables meet company quality standards and stay updated on local design trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in exterior design with a strong portfolio.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian or GCC building codes and municipal approval processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and meet tight deadlines.
