Facilities Coordinator

About the role

The Facilities Coordinator will work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure the office environment is safe, functional, and welcoming. This position oversees daily operations, from maintenance and housekeeping to security, travel, and event logistics, while also supporting a major office fit‑out and relocation project.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily floor walks, log maintenance issues, and coordinate repairs with technicians and contractors.
• Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness across workspaces, kitchens, and restrooms.
• Assist in monitoring CCTV, managing access cards, and maintaining the Lost & Found log.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire‑safety regulations.
• Set up meeting rooms and event spaces, manage catering, buffet supplies, and pantry inventory.
• Organise internal corporate events and handle all logistical requirements.
• Book employee and executive travel, reconcile expenses, and enforce travel policies.
• Support site selection, fit‑out planning, contractor coordination, and asset transfer for the new office location.
