Facilities Manager – Industrial Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead all facility operations at our industrial site in New Cairo. You will ensure the smooth functioning of buildings, utilities, and general services while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all facility operations, including buildings, infrastructure, utilities, and general services.
• Supervise maintenance and facility teams to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers, monitoring their performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and facility regulations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and handle maintenance requests promptly.
• Prepare regular reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, and operational issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Facility Management, preferably in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
