Facility Maintenance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Facility Maintenance Engineer to lead and supervise all maintenance processes within our hotel and mall environments. The role ensures that all equipment, utilities, and building systems operate efficiently, safely, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities and the maintenance team.
• Track expenses, prepare and monitor the maintenance budget.
• Maintain machinery, electrical, HVAC, heating, plumbing, and alarm systems to required standards.
• Implement preventive maintenance plans and schedule weekly maintenance tasks.
• Inspect facilities, identify problems, and oversee repairs to meet health and safety regulations.
• Conduct pest‑control measures, landscaping, painting, carpentry, and other general upkeep tasks.
• Manage inventory of materials and equipment and support renovation projects.
• Ensure compliance with quality, occupational health, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities.
• Good written and spoken English.
