Farm Worker – Full-time Agricultural Position

About the role

The farm worker role at WhiteHours is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. You will support daily agricultural activities, work outdoors in varying weather, and collaborate with a team to maintain healthy crops and livestock. The position offers hands-on experience in modern farming practices and contributes directly to food production.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with planting, watering, and harvesting of crops.
• Feed, clean, and monitor the health of livestock under supervision.
• Operate and maintain basic farm equipment and tools.
• Clean and organize work areas, load and unload supplies.
• Report any issues with animals, crops, or equipment to supervisors.
• Support seasonal farming activities and follow safety and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Reliability and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and ability to follow instructions.
