About the role

We are looking for an energetic, customer‑focused Sales Associate to join our fashion retail team. You will be the front‑line representative of the brand, helping shoppers find the right products while meeting sales targets and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable fashion items.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge, collections, promotions, and trends.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Support stock replenishment, inventory checks, and merchandising activities.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
• Assist with promotional activities and in‑store events.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in fashion retail sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a sales‑driven mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations.
