F&B Service Expert (Waiter) – Full‑time

About the role
As a Guest Service Expert, you will create memorable dining experiences for guests at our hotel restaurant. This full‑time position involves delivering attentive service, maintaining a clean work environment, and supporting the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables according to restaurant standards.
- Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, workstations, and service supplies.
- Handle menu items, verify information visually, and ensure correct presentation.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting objects up to 25 lb (or 50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below the knees.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
