Female Content Creator & Brand Face

About the role

Femine is seeking a creative, confident, and trend‑aware female content creator to become the face of the brand. You will produce short‑form videos for organic social channels and paid advertising, while embodying the brand’s personality on camera.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging short‑form videos for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms, covering lifestyle, educational, product‑focused and promotional themes.
• Develop UGC‑style, performance‑oriented videos specifically for paid ad campaigns.
• Plan and maintain monthly and annual content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns and seasonal moments.
• Stay up‑to‑date with TikTok, Instagram Reels and social media trends, adapting them to the Femine brand.
• Shoot high‑quality footage using a phone or camera, handling basic lighting, framing and composition, then edit videos with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or VN.
• Monitor content performance, extract insights and collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce and Media Buying teams to improve future concepts.

Required profile

• Female candidate comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate hooks, scripts and storylines that capture attention.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and the ability to translate them into brand‑relevant content.
