Field Maintenance Engineer (Fresh Graduates)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Field Maintenance Engineer to join our team and support Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) projects during the operation and maintenance phase. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh electrical engineering graduates eager to gain hands‑on experience in the utility sector.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical support for AMI projects in the O&M phase.
• Assist utility‑sector customers in resolving technical issues and coordinate with other entities.
• Support private‑sector customers with troubleshooting and commissioning activities.
• Conduct regular field visits to diagnose and solve level‑2 technical problems promptly.
• Escalate level‑3 issues to the appropriate team and communicate solutions to customers.
• Maintain high customer‑satisfaction levels through proactive communication.
• Report daily activities and updates to the Field Maintenance Section Head.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent English (excellent) and native Arabic.
• Strong computer skills.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of electrical basics.
• Knowledge of AMI fundamentals.
• Experience with low and medium voltage connections.
• Familiarity with current transformers (CT) and voltage transformers (VT).
• Understanding of three‑phase sequence.
