Field Service Engineer – Customer Support

About the role
The Field Service Engineer will manage technical work on‑site with minimal supervision, diagnose and repair equipment, and maintain clear communication with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage technical tasks in the field independently.
- Diagnose problems with existing equipment and perform repairs.
- Communicate fluently with customers to understand issues and provide solutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering from a reputable university.
- Own a car and be presentable.
- Residency in Nasr City or Heliopolis.
- Graduates from recognized universities such as Ain Shams, Cairo University, GUC, etc.
Required skills
- Strong ability to diagnose equipment problems.
- Proficiency in fixing technical issues on‑site.
- Fluent communication skills with customers.
