Finance Accounting Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Accounting Manager to lead and coordinate all accounting and finance functions across the organization. The role reports to senior management and is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with IFRS and local regulations, and effective working‑capital management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage general accounting, taxation, treasury, cash‑flow, credit control and produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts and KPI performance reports.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, fixed assets and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Optimize working capital and secure funding to support business needs.
• Lead annual statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors, banks, tax authorities and regulators.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk‑management procedures, governance and segregation of duties.
• Advise senior management on financial position and recommend actions.
• Lead, coach and develop the Accounting and Finance team and supervise procurement compliance.

Required profile

• ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualification preferred, or a master’s degree in Accounting/Finance with equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, financial accounting, auditing, cash‑flow management, budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, treasury, working‑capital management and internal controls.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management and decision‑making abilities.
