Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will work closely with business leaders to deliver financial insights that drive strategic decisions. This senior role involves building sophisticated financial models, overseeing budgeting cycles, and managing debt and financing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights that support strategic decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for business planning, investments, and financing activities.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare rolling forecasts and long‑term financial plans.
• Analyze financial performance, identify business risks, and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Monitor compliance with loan covenants and financing agreements.
• Review and manage loan documentation, debt facilities, and related undertakings.
• Perform debt ratio analysis and evaluate capital‑structure performance.
• Prepare management reports, financial presentations, and executive dashboards.
• Support treasury and corporate finance activities, including lender reporting and financing transactions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve financial planning processes and reporting accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, corporate finance, treasury or financial planning.
• Proven experience managing debt facilities, loan documentation and financing agreements.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Commercial mindset with strategic thinking and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure on multiple priorities.
