Finance Manager – FP&A (Real Estate)

About the role

The Finance Manager – FP&A will lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function for Al-Futtaim Group’s Real Estate business. You will own budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis to support strategic decisions and ensure compliance with group policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly financial reporting and closing process, ensuring accuracy through detailed account analysis and balance‑sheet reviews.
• Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting packages and analytical insights for leadership decision‑making.
• Drive the annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long‑term strategic planning and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Partner with Treasury and business stakeholders to support project financing, cash‑flow management and capital planning.
• Monitor business performance via variance analysis, KPI tracking and identification of risks and opportunities.
• Develop financial models, reports and business cases for strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Maintain effective budgetary controls for operating and capital expenditures while ensuring compliance with financial governance standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading monthly financial reporting and closing processes.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning.
• Ability to collaborate with Treasury, finance teams and business units on financing and capital planning.
• Experience analysing financial performance, variances and key performance indicators.
• Demonstrated capability to build financial models and business cases to support strategic decisions.
