Finance Manager

About the role

Robert Bosch Egypt is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the country finance function and support the strategic direction of the business. The role combines financial planning, performance analysis, tax management and treasury responsibilities while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Overall management of the country finance function and leadership of the finance team.
• Financial planning and budgeting, including forecasting, short‑term budgets and mid‑term plans.
• Ensuring internal control compliance, segregation of duties and adequate oversight of all finance processes.
• Analyzing and reporting financial performance with timely recommendations.
• Project controlling and investment review, supporting business proposals and acquisition assessments.
• Tax management and planning in coordination with corporate tax, ensuring optimal tax position and timely reporting.
• Treasury management to maintain optimal cash levels, manage banking relationships and inter‑company activities.
• Overseeing accounting and billing activities, whether performed internally, via shared services or outsourced providers.
• Providing commercial support in negotiations on pricing, payment terms, liability and credit risk.
• Supervising day‑to‑day accounting, AP, AR, credit management, GL, asset accounting, travel expenses, tax and treasury.
• Driving automation and optimization projects within finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 7‑10 years of finance experience, with at least 4 years as a finance manager in a multinational environment.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• High‑level knowledge of SAP.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Understanding of derivatives, hedging, investments, bank account management and international funds flows.
