Finance Operations Manager – German Speaker

About the role

The Finance Operations Manager will join PwC’s Technology & Innovation Centre in Cairo, supporting the Finance Service Tower. The role is focused on delivering managed finance services to internal and external customers, ensuring accurate processing of transactions and compliance with standards. Fluency in German and a strong finance or accounting background are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day delivery of finance engagements, ensuring timely and accurate processing of procure‑to‑pay, record‑to‑report, order‑to‑cash and general ledger activities.
• Maintain service level agreements (SLA/OLA) and monitor performance against agreed targets.
• Conduct quality reviews and audits to verify compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support the development and execution of Finance Managed Services strategic plans.
• Provide financial reporting, risk assessment and control oversight for assigned engagements.

Required profile

• Fluent in German (spoken and written).
• Degree in finance, accounting or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in finance operations or managed services.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
