Financial Consolidation Manager

About the role

The Financial Consolidation Manager will lead the preparation and delivery of accurate consolidated financial statements for the Group, ensuring full compliance with IFRS/GAAP. This senior position works closely with finance teams across multiple subsidiaries to guarantee transparent and reliable financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and eliminate intercompany transactions.
• Ensure accurate foreign currency translation within consolidated reports.
• Coordinate with finance teams across subsidiaries to collect and validate financial data.
• Prepare financial disclosures for investor reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Enhance and optimise financial consolidation systems such as Hyperion and SAP BPC.
• Support external audit processes by providing required documentation and analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CA) preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, with at least 3 years in financial consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidation processes.
• Experience working in multinational corporate environments.
