About the role
The Financial Due Diligence Supervisor will lead audit engagements, ensuring rigorous assessment of operational and financial risks for Catalyst Partners' portfolio companies. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on audit execution to safeguard business integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Implement best audit and business practices aligned with external audit standards.
- Supervise and conduct independent, risk‑based audits of operational and financial processes.
- Coordinate internal and external audit activities, overseeing annual audit plans.
- Identify significant business risks, prepare risk and control matrices, and develop audit programs.
- Draft audit observations, including errors or fraud, and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain audit policies and procedures in line with local and international best practices.
- Ensure audit findings are reported accurately and timely to line management.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in external auditing and supervisory roles.
- Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
