Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst – Real Estate

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst will support the FP&A function for the ResiComm business, handling budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and regional finance to deliver accurate financial insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly financial reporting and close, preparing reports, monitoring balance‑sheet integrity and performing detailed account analysis.
• Prepare management reporting packages and performance analyses for business reviews.
• Conduct financial analysis across sales, leasing, working capital and project financing, delivering actionable insights.
• Assist in annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long‑term planning and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Partner with Treasury and stakeholders to meet project funding and cash‑flow management needs.
• Monitor business performance through variance analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements.
• Develop financial reports, schedules and analytical models for strategic planning and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with business teams, shared services, regional and group finance to ensure accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Strong background in finance or accounting, preferably with FP&A experience.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and regions.
• Understanding of financial reporting standards and corporate finance policies.
