Fitness Coach (EMS Training)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Fitness Coach to join our 4FIT EMS Studios in Cairo. You will lead cutting‑edge Electric Muscle Stimulation (EMS) training sessions, helping clients achieve faster weight loss and stronger muscle tone through personalized programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver high‑quality EMS group and individual training sessions.
• Develop personalized fitness plans and provide nutrition guidance tailored to each client’s goals.
• Monitor client progress, track results and adjust programs as needed.
• Ensure safe and correct use of EMS equipment, providing instruction and troubleshooting.
• Motivate clients, build strong relationships and maintain a positive workout environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in group exercise instruction and fitness training.
• Solid understanding of the fitness industry and basic nutrition principles.
• Excellent communication and motivational abilities.
• Passion for health, wellness and client success.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus; relevant fitness certifications preferred.

Required skills

• Operation of EMS technology and equipment.
