Fleet Area Manager

About the role

The Fleet Area Manager is responsible for leading daily operations within a designated region, driving sales growth and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within the area, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
• Recruit, train, and motivate team members to meet performance targets and foster a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth in the region.
• Enhance customer experience through effective communication, feedback collection, and service improvements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, operational challenges, and market conditions to senior management.
• Assist in the preparation and management of area budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in area management or a similar role, preferably in the food or restaurant industry.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preference for candidates residing in Maadi.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
