About the role

Marriott International is seeking a dedicated Florist to join its hospitality team in Cairo. The role involves creating and maintaining high‑quality floral displays for public areas, restaurants, banquets, and guest rooms, ensuring every arrangement reflects the brand’s standard of wonderful hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Trim, water, and prepare flowers for display.
• Receive and verify flower deliveries, rejecting any that do not meet quality standards.
• Design custom floral arrangements for various venues, including public spaces, dining outlets, and event areas.
• Deliver arrangements to customers, property sites, or off‑site locations and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
• Coordinate set‑up of floral displays on site.
• Maintain a clean and organized storeroom and shop area.
• Adhere to safety procedures, report incidents, and complete required training.
• Provide courteous guest service, answer phones professionally, and uphold company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior floral experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb, standing for long periods, and navigating stairs or ramps.
• Professional appearance and commitment to confidentiality.
