FM Station Supervisor (West Cairo - Abu Rawash)

About the role

The FM Station Supervisor will lead the First Mile station team in West Cairo – Abu Rawash, ensuring smooth coordination between station associates, the FM fleet and drivers. This role is essential for maintaining timely pickups and compliance with operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate station associates to achieve daily targets.
• Coordinate with FM fleet managers and drivers to schedule pickups.
• Monitor and follow up on timely pickups, ensuring compliance with service standards.
• Report operational issues and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand or walk for shifts up to 12 hours, and perform frequent push, pull, squat, bend and reach motions.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week with overtime as needed, including weekends, nights and holidays.
