About the role
The Food & Beverage Coordinator supports the daily administrative and operational functions of the F&B department at Rixos Premium Seagate. You will ensure smooth communication between kitchen, service teams, sales, and management, while maintaining high service standards across restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet operations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily F&B operations across all outlets, including scheduling staff and monitoring staffing levels.
- Distribute and communicate banquet event orders (BEOs) to relevant departments.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering sales, labor costs, and food costs.
- Assist with inventory tracking, purchasing coordination, and monthly inventory counts.
- Update menus, pricing, and POS systems as required.
- Attend pre‑function meetings, support event logistics, and follow up on guest feedback.
- Address guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve operational issues.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in food & beverage operations, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with POS systems.
