Foreign Purchase Specialist

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Foreign Purchase Specialist to support our import and distribution operations. The role focuses on sourcing products from overseas suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with Egyptian import regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate international suppliers to meet product requirements.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with overseas vendors.
- Prepare and process purchase orders using the Nafeza platform.
- Coordinate with logistics and customs teams to ensure smooth import procedures.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues that arise.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of proven experience in foreign purchasing or international procurement.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship abilities.
- Familiarity with Egyptian import procedures.
